Using Better RSS

You may use Better RSS only if you can legally enter into these terms. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, your API tokens, and activity under your account.

Better RSS is intended for personal and small-team feed reading, feed discovery, OPML import and export, AI-assisted summaries, and API-based access to your own account data.

Accounts and Security

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep passwords, OAuth accounts, sessions, and API tokens secure.
• Notify us if you believe your account or token has been compromised.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer account access in a way that abuses the service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal from your account.

If a payment fails, expires, is refunded, or is canceled, paid features may be downgraded or disabled. Promotional codes and coupons may have limits, expiration dates, and eligibility rules.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Better RSS to:

• Break the law, violate third-party rights, or bypass access controls.
• Attack, scan, overload, scrape, or disrupt Better RSS or its providers.
• Upload or submit malicious URLs, payloads, scripts, feeds, or OPML files.
• Use API access to resell Better RSS or create abusive automation.
• Probe private networks, metadata services, or non-public hosts through feed URLs.
• Interfere with another user's account, feed data, billing, or tokens.

RSS Content and Third-Party Sites

Better RSS helps you read feeds and articles from third-party sources. Those sources are responsible for their own content, availability, licensing, and terms. You are responsible for the feeds you add and how you use content retrieved from them.

External links may send you to websites that Better RSS does not control. We are not responsible for third-party websites, feeds, policies, or content.

AI Features

AI discovery and digest features may be inaccurate, incomplete, or stale. Treat AI output as a starting point, not a source of truth. Do not rely on Better RSS AI output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.

API Access

API access is available on eligible plans. You are responsible for keeping API tokens secret, scoping them appropriately, rotating them when needed, and revoking tokens that are no longer needed or may be exposed.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access that threatens reliability, security, or other users.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

Service Changes

We may change, add, or remove features over time. We try to preserve your data portability through OPML export and account deletion tools, but we do not guarantee every feature will remain available forever.

Disclaimers

Better RSS is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that feeds will always parse, articles will always extract, AI output will always be correct, or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Better RSS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party content.
